Up until last week, I didn’t know all that much about Bealtaine, beyond the muguet (lily-of-the-valley) it is associated with in France, and the Irish custom of washing your face in dew as the sun rises on Bealtaine.
But then I read this amazing piece by
.“Bealtaine is the doorway to the light,” she writes. “It brings with it freshness and a readiness for growth. Yet there can also be some resistance. We can never be fully ready. What we have to do instead is to trust, and meet our Bealtaine moment.”
I believe my Bealtaine moment to be the SELKIE CIRCLE – a new women’s circle I’m holding online from this Thursday 8 May at 8pm.
When I first read the tale of the selkie, it felt like a homecoming – a story to hold and frame my own, at last.
Let yourself be held by the seal-woman’s story as we explore each stage together through reflective and transformative questions.
So this is my Bealtaine invitation – an invitation for us women to reclaim our true skin, a.k.a. our power, in a world that insists we have none.
An invitation to meet your Bealtaine moment.

The countdown is on!
If this calls to you, I would love to see you in circle on Thursday.
Until then,
Love & light & Bealtaine blessings
